I loved this article. Now, you can nap to your heart's content!
Read it here. Then, nap! When my children were young, I napped about once every two weeks. Now, I give in more often.
Do you nap? Do you ever feel guilty about napping? I know someone out there has a napping story. Tell us. Share.

Chef,
DeleteHow funny. From long ago, your family must have had this trait?
When we plan a vacation, Hubby just wants to know if can he take a nap.

DeleteNever but I will go to bed with a good book and read 30 minutes almost every afternoon if I'm home (all the time now!!!) but for some reason, I never fall asleep. I'm an early to bed early riser myself- it's not even 5 AM here. Even when I was a teen, I was always the first one up.
ReplyDeleteNan,
DeleteBooks never put me to sleep. They wake me up. Oh, I am not an early riser. I love to stay up late. I think I was still awake at 5 am! I have a scratched place on my shin that was throbbing. If I get a good sleep and am not ill, I rarely nap. But, I do love a good nap.
