This baby possum fell off its mother. The black cat had kittens so took in the baby possum. Now, the cat cannot understand why the possum hangs on to her all the time. The possum was still furless when found.
That's 2020 in a nutshell - "Hang in there for dear life!" That is what we should all be doing - hanging on to each other. It's going to be a wild ride.
That is cute. Lucky baby possum, but it will be searching for a long time and never finding the pouch that a Mama possum would have for the baby to keep cozy in.
The thought of the bemused mamma cat with her clingy baby had me snorting in my coffee - I will probably smile for the rest of the morning at the thought of her face....... >^.^<??
