  1. Hey I got in! For a week I've been unable to leave comments on blogger (it was my fault/settings). Wishing you and Mr. Tommy a glorious fourth.

  2. I hope you and Tommy had a good Forth of July. I live in an area where we can hear but not see the firework displays. I just can not imaging joining a crowd to OOH and AWWW with a big crowd.

I am looking forward to hearing about your grilling adventures.

Today I have felt so good and have worked like a dog. I detailed the inside of my car. The washing will come tomorrow. I worked in the yard and made good progress cleaning the garage. I did several loads of laundry & I even got into the pool a couple of times to cool down. I even got in a 40 minute nap! It feels so good to have a day without aches and pains!

    1. Janet,
It was a good Fourth of July. We can hear neighborhood fireworks, but not the big displays downtown. The last few years I watched fireworks, it was at a street party where a friend lived. The street was blocked off and we sat in the street. Other houses had their own parties and invited lots of their friends. Everyone at the house that invited them. But, we mingled in the street. A band played, people danced, and a woman with fire danced. I suppose that was for twenty years.

That friend developed dementia, so there went the 4th party.

    2. OOps, I posted too soon. You certainly got a lot done today. I cannot imagine getting that much done 30 years ago, much less now.
Did I forget something? Why are you free of pain. I need a day without pain.
